Cancellation Policy
At Get Waxed, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all guests, we require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a pause or refusal of future booking privileges.
When you accept a same-day or short-notice waitlist appointment (within 2 hours of the available time), your confirmation is a commitment. Due to the limited notice and inability to rebook the spot:
No-shows for same-day or short-notice waitlist appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
Repeated last-minute no-shows from the waitlist may result in removal from future waitlist opportunities.
